Here's what we're looking for

We are looking for an Augmented Business Analyst who will combine traditional business analysis with cutting-edge AI capabilities to deliver unparalleled speed and accuracy in requirement gathering and solution design. You will work directly with client stakeholders to shape requirements while leveraging AI tools and processes throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You'll contribute to engagements that include:

• AI-driven business process analysis and optimization

• Salesforce implementation requirements across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds

• Strategic solution design that maximizes the value of Agentforce and AI capabilities

• Bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation

What you'll do

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through effective interviewing and communication

• Shape and define comprehensive business requirements using AI-enhanced methods

• Create detailed specifications that clearly articulate user needs and system functionality

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and solution design

• Validate solution designs against business requirements and success criteria

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are properly translated into implementation

• Identify opportunities to introduce AI agents to streamline business processes

• Maintain continuous stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles

• Expert-level proficiency with AI tools and techniques for productivity enhancement

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements

• Solid understanding of business processes across various industries

• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business domains

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities and implementation best practices

• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
