At realfast, we are building the worldʼs first AI-native Salesforce implementation practice — where
AI agents and human experts work as one team. We build custom AI agents for Salesforce
implementations and help businesses implement Agentforce effectively.
Our own AI agents already help teams deliver Salesforce projects dramatically faster. Now we're
bringing this expertise to Agentforce implementations, helping businesses build and deploy their
own agents.

Here's what we're looking for

A Senior Salesforce business analyst or consultant who can walk into any business context,
document all the needed context, and independently execute and manage Salesforce
configurations. You're probably someone who gets a kick out of architecting elegant Salesforce
solutions and is already using AI to speed up implementations.
Your role will be central to helping our clients transform their Salesforce orgs, working at the
forefront of implementing Agentforce for clients, and reimagining how things could work in an
agent-first world.
So, if you're excited about being among the first admins to master Agentforce and help define what
AI-native Salesforce implementations look like, this role is for you.

What you'll actually be doing

• Configuring Salesforce applications independently, including custom objects, workflows, Flows,
  and user interfaces

• Managing system security with sharing rules, permission sets, and profiles

• Creating and maintaining Flows to automate business processes

• Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in structured formats (e.g., “As a [role], I
  want to [functionality], so that [benefit]ˮ) with a strong focus on quality and clarity

• Defining acceptance criteria using the Given-When-Then format to ensure solutions meet
  business needs

• Collaborating with the team to ensure Salesforce solutions align with both technical feasibility
  and business goals

• Proactively optimizing Agentforce configurations and processes — this will be a critical focus
  for the role

• Handling end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the
  platform

What you need to bring

• 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a proven track
  record of independently implementing solutions

• Expertise in Agentforce — the highest priority for this role

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)

• Salesforce AI Specialist Certification (Required)

• At least three additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud

• Consultant, Education Cloud Consultant)

• Hands-on experience with 20 Salesforce projects across diverse industries

• Strong proficiency in Flows, security configurations, and scalable automation solutionsSenior Salesforce BA/Consultant2

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, especially for user stories and
  acceptance criteria

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive continuous system improvements
