Here's what we're looking for

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will design, develop, and deliver applications on
the Salesforce platform. You will be working on cutting-edge AI models and tools, both internal and
external, to boost productivity and quality in your deliverables.
Youʼll contribute to engagements that include:

• AI-related projects: Using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce or publicly available AI
  tools.

• Salesforce projects: Spanning across Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Industry Clouds, and
  products like Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack.

• Other technologies: Including public clouds and complementary systems
  
  

What youʼll do

• Translate business requirements into design artifacts: data models, system landscape diagrams, UI
  prototypes, process diagrams, and more.

• Recommend configure vs. code solutions, independently or with guidance from an architect.
  Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Develop Salesforce object models with the right mix of standard and custom objects and fields.

• Build applications using:
  Configuration & No-Code: Validation rules, Quick Actions, Flows, Approval Processes, etc.
  Code: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWCs.
  Integrations: Inbound and outbound integrations using various mechanisms.

• Perform Quality Assurance through peer reviews, unit testing, and system testing.

• Manage configurations and releases effectively.

• Support and troubleshoot sandbox and production environments.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience: Proven track record of increasing responsibilities across
  projects.

• Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds: Including customer and partner
  community use cases.

• Knowledge of the standard Salesforce data model and commonly used objects in Sales, Service,
  and Marketing.

• Expertise in Flows, Apex (async and batch), LWCs, and integrations.

• Proficiency in platform security: Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing, and user license
  differences.

• Experience with Salesforce release management and Salesforce CLI.

• Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
